This is an independent, evidence-first presentation of the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations' April 29, 2026 majority-staff interim report Unmasked: How Biden Health Officials Purposely Turned a Blind Eye Toward COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signals, together with the Bates-stamped HHS records, witness testimony, and other exhibits the Subcommittee published with it.

The site is not affiliated with the Subcommittee. Its purpose is to make the underlying records — emails, presentations, FOIA productions, journal papers — accessible and navigable to readers without a pharmacovigilance background, and to honestly disclose where the cited record is or is not publicly available.

Methodology

Source documents are downloaded from the Subcommittee's hearing page, and OCR'd with ocrmypdf. ("OCR" means Optical Character Recognition.) Citations in the report are extracted by Bates ID and cross-referenced against the document catalog.

This website was created by Marjorie Roswell. I will not forget the day Dr. Peter Marks told a roomful of bereaved and vaccine-injured people that there were no signals in FDA data suggesting any relationship between the COVID-19 vaccines and the losses and conditions we had endured. The records the Subcommittee has now made public — and which this site presents — show that FDA's safety data mining had been masking signals even as those reassurances were given.

Furthermore, he had been told by experts how to not mask the signals. He had chosen not to implement the fix. There is a human impact, which in some cases is devastating.
